  1. No breakfast
  2. Overeating
  3. Smoking
  4. High sugar consumption
  5. Air pollution
  6. Sleep deprivation
  7. Head covered while sleeping
  8. Working your brain during illness
  9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
  10. Talking rarely

 

Got this message from a friend.  Though it came as a regular text message, this one’s I find very alarming. Habits that we tend to ignore because we find it irrelevant at times, are listed here. 

Oh my!  I thank myself that I don’t smoke and I find time to stimulate my brainy caboodles and I really find time to rest when I’m sick… cause if not… I’ll sweep these habits!

 

Is this why I’m cracked?

 

I need to be a lil cautious and health-conscious.  As we get older, this should be on top of the list or else… you will not enjoy the limitless possibilities of enjoying life. ;-)
