- No breakfast
- Overeating
- Smoking
- High sugar consumption
- Air pollution
- Sleep deprivation
- Head covered while sleeping
- Working your brain during illness
- Lacking in stimulating thoughts
- Talking rarely
Got this message from a friend. Though it came as a regular text message, this one’s I find very alarming. Habits that we tend to ignore because we find it irrelevant at times, are listed here.
Oh my! I thank myself that I don’t smoke and I find time to stimulate my brainy caboodles and I really find time to rest when I’m sick… cause if not… I’ll sweep these habits!
Is this why I’m cracked?
I need to be a lil cautious and health-conscious. As we get older, this should be on top of the list or else… you will not enjoy the limitless possibilities of enjoying life.
