36 days to go… whew!!

36 more nights that I’d be staring blankly at nowhere
Questioning each of the stars to stay blinking while I’m awake
To just paint the sky with little lights.

 Twice as much of the figures are the tears I will shed.
Going double as the days go closer to that date.
Weakens the remaining strength I have

Where can I find the man who will answer the questions of my heart?
Will he still be around?
If asked, will I answer?
Will I stand up and fight for him?
