The Corporate Autograph
November 24, 2006

I struggle to organize my thoughts on how to better implement procedure restructuring at the office. I am looking at people, the management, the company and the clients on a macro to micro-perspective. To source out the problem cause and to initiate the take off could be one best legacy I could bring in to the people who trusted me that I can.
I’m at lost with the current slipshod approach where all the SOPs and traditional concepts in project management are nowhere to be found. Residing at someone else’s mind… Coming from a very structured management… I tend to learn that laxity should never be a part of everybody’s desk. Not at this kind of business where service delivery and efficiency of work are the most essential push to profit.
I’m reviewing all that I have learned from Dr. Estepa and Dr. Montemayor and I’m about to apply it here… The Harvard Cases need not to have a Harvard Approach to solve… Resistance would be part and parcel in each and every attempt to make change… the only ingredient… the desire to make things happen.
Bring me to Life as I begin to autograph my work with Excellence.
