I got the same joke so early in the morning.  So I decided to make fun of it.  I sent this text invite to some of my friends at 5:00am.  Then I slept. 

Besku: Uy best sino nman ang groom?  hikaaaab..  Kawawa naman kasi hanggang 30  lang tayo   he he zzzz
 
Kaye:   Pooh, minsan ka lang ikasal kakaiba pa… Wala naman Nov. 31 eh. Change date mo naman… hehehe

Nans:   Really! Hindi nga… Totoo sis.  Cno?

Agnes:  Hehehe cge pag may 31 na ang November.. Hehe

When I woke up, I got several replies and missed calls.  One of those on the list was that of my mother's mobile no.  So I texted her back.

Puteks!  One of my friends in Cavite went to our house this morning to confirm whether I am really getting married.  So to my Lola got suprised and waited till my  Mader to come to verify the text. 

This is the text I got from my Mader:

Mader:   Wala ka na namang tulog ano.  Tange ka talaga.  Akala ni Ina totoo yun.  Magpapakasal ka na rin lang, ini-schedule mo pa sa date na wala sa kalendaryo.  Tange!

Tawa ako ng tawa when I read this.  I was still in bed (double-deck actually and I was on top, my brother is at the bottom).  My brother kicked my bed so hard that I almost stumble. 

Brother:  Papakasal ka na rin lang, tinext mo pa.  Sana ibinulong mo na lang sa akin or sign language na lang.  Agang-aga mambulabog.  Nakadrugs ka ba, Ate?

Around 9am, I got a text from Kuya Jun…

WHaaaaT?  To whoooom?
Naalimpungatan ako kagigising ko lng! Praning k!

But I laughed so hard when my Big Baby texted this..

Big Baby:   Sa kin ba?  Talaga?

Hahahaha kung ganon nga lang ba kadaling magdesisyon at magbago ng isip para magpakasal eh di sana wala akong problema ngayon… Big Baby talaga…

I was thinking of these texts when I heard Ted Failon mentioned about the super typhoon coming on December 1.  Bagyong Rening!  Napatawa ako ng malakas sa taxi sa sobrang galak….

Puteks…. Rening…. sounds like Renan + Shereen? 
Malakas na Bagyo talaga yan!  Timang na Windang pa….
