Magkapatid..

I was watching Judy Ann Santos and the Megastar Sharon Cuneta singing on stage during the latter's Mega Birthday Concert at the Big Dome.  If I remember it right, a duet of "I Won't Last the Day Without You."

When suddenly my eyes fell on two lil kiddos having their own ballet performance at the foot of the stage… they were so cute… Miel and Frankie.  Frankie is so sweet to accompany and teach her lil sis how to dance gracefully and Miel <feel na feel> danced as if nobody's watching her.

Though I missed seeing Shawie's closest friend Agot Isidro… I was extremely happy to see the "Magkapatid…".

Before this day (01.10.07) ends, I would just like to greet one great soul with the name "Gege".  I and her friend, Theodore, called her… Imaginary Birthday Girl… 'coz she's nowhere to be found … hehehe

Continue to be real and not so show-bizzy… no traces of being a celebrity… stay wacky… kikay… astig… makulit… mabait…  simple but not simple-minded… that's what I love about her…

Continue to inspire other people with whatever way you can.

The Big Dome Encounter

The Pankysta and Panky

While waiting for the Mega concert to start, I got the chance to take a pose with my favorite PDA ex-scholar… Panky Trinidad.

At the time I got in, I saw her sitting silently at the corner… observing how the people around her behave… her make up is done… fully-dressed.  Then, she went on the other side and started strumming and singing… she's silent but I know her mind is not idle.  She might be looking at people but her focus is way beyond that tigger look.

I said to myself…

Ang lalim ng taong ito… Ang lalim ng pinaghuhugutan ng tingin at expression.
Kaya angat cia pag nagpeperform… there's something in her…

Sobrang napakamysterious para sa akin ng personality. 

When I told her…

I'm a forumer and a Pankysta.

She said…  "Wow talaga po?  Cool!"

Natawa ako sa expression… eh expression ko kaya un!

When the PDA Final 6 was introduced on stage… Panky was the first one who got on stage and wowed the fans with her awesome and powerful voice!

So glad that I saw you performed live…. great performance always…

Panky, great zest for music… Keep it up!  I'll always be your fan.
