Usap Hayskul
Hinintay kong abutin nung anak yung baon. Hangos siyang bumalik at kinuha.
I hate "kaning lamig!".
Buti pa cia … mabait.. at di nagtatapon ng pagkain… take note.. lalaki pa yun.. matipuno at may hitsura..
Words of Mother Theresa
I missed seeing Mother Theresa in the usual scene where she cuddled little children, embracing men and women, giving little joys to most of the unfavored and unfortunate people in the society.
In her face, though the trace of old age, is very evident… it's the peacefulness of her soul that radiates in her face. The smile is so genuine, the compassion is real and the look in her eyes is natural.
I searched for some quotes by Mother Theresa…. and hope we get something from these….
Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies.
Mother Teresa
Being unwanted, unloved, uncared for, forgotten by everybody, I think that is a much greater hunger, a much greater poverty than the person who has nothing to eat.
Mother Teresa
Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired.
Mother Teresa
Do not wait for leaders; do it alone, person to person.
Mother Teresa
Each one of them is Jesus in disguise.
Mother Teresa
Everybody today seems to be in such a terrible rush, anxious for greater developments and greater riches and so on, so that children have very little time for their parents. Parents have very little time for each other, and in the home begins the disruption of peace of the world.
Mother Teresa
Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing.
Mother Teresa
Good works are links that form a chain of love.
Mother Teresa
I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world.
Mother Teresa
I do not pray for success, I ask for faithfulness.
Mother Teresa
I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt, only more love.
Mother Teresa
I know God will not give me anything I can't handle. I just wish that He didn't trust me so much.
Mother Teresa
I think I'm more difficult than critical.
Mother Teresa
I try to give to the poor people for love what the rich could get for money. No, I wouldn't touch a leper for a thousand pounds; yet I willingly cure him for the love of God.
Mother Teresa
I want you to be concerned about your next door neighbor. Do you know your next door neighbor?
Mother Teresa
If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.
Mother Teresa
If we want a love message to be heard, it has got to be sent out. To keep a lamp burning, we have to keep putting oil in it.
Mother Teresa
If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one.
Mother Teresa
If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
Mother Teresa
If you want a love message to be heard, it has got to be sent out. To keep a lamp burning, we have to keep putting oil in it.
Mother Teresa
In this life we cannot do great things. We can only do small things with great love.
Mother Teresa
Intense love does not measure, it just gives.
Mother Teresa
It is a kingly act to assist the fallen.
Mother Teresa
It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish.
Mother Teresa
It is easy to love the people far away. It is not always easy to love those close to us. It is easier to give a cup of rice to relieve hunger than to relieve the loneliness and pain of someone unloved in our own home. Bring love into your home for this is where our love for each other must start.
Mother Teresa
It is impossible to walk rapidly and be unhappy.
Mother Teresa
It is not the magnitude of our actions but the amount of love that is put into them that matters.
Mother Teresa
Jesus said love one another. He didn't say love the whole world.
Mother Teresa
Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls.
Mother Teresa
Kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless.
Mother Teresa
Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.
Mother Teresa
Let us more and more insist on raising funds of love, of kindness, of understanding, of peace. Money will come if we seek first the Kingdom of God - the rest will be given.
Mother Teresa
Let us not be satisfied with just giving money. Money is not enough, money can be got, but they need your hearts to love them. So, spread your love everywhere you go.
Mother Teresa
Let us touch the dying, the poor, the lonely and the unwanted according to the graces we have received and let us not be ashamed or slow to do the humble work.
Mother Teresa
Loneliness and the feeling of being unwanted is the most terrible poverty.
Mother Teresa
Loneliness is the most terrible poverty.
Mother Teresa
Love begins at home, and it is not how much we do… but how much love we put in that action.
Mother Teresa
Love begins by taking care of the closest ones - the ones at home.
Mother Teresa
Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand.
Mother Teresa
Many people mistake our work for our vocation. Our vocation is the love of Jesus.
Mother Teresa
One of the greatest diseases is to be nobody to anybody.
Mother Teresa
Our life of poverty is as necessary as the work itself. Only in heaven will we see how much we owe to the poor for helping us to love God better because of them.
Mother Teresa
Peace begins with a smile.
Mother Teresa
So many signatures for such a small heart.
Mother Teresa
Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.
Mother Teresa
Sweetest Lord, make me appreciative of the dignity of my high vocation, and its many responsibilities. Never permit me to disgrace it by giving way to coldness, unkindness, or impatience.
Mother Teresa
The biggest disease today is not leprosy or tuberculosis, but rather the feeling of being unwanted.
Mother Teresa
The greatest destroyer of peace is abortion because if a mother can kill her own child, what is left for me to kill you and you to kill me? There is nothing between.
Mother Teresa
The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread.
Mother Teresa
The miracle is not that we do this work, but that we are happy to do it.
Mother Teresa
The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved.
Mother Teresa
The success of love is in the loving - it is not in the result of loving. Of course it is natural in love to want the best for the other person, but whether it turns out that way or not does not determine the value of what we have done.
Mother Teresa
There are no great things, only small things with great love. Happy are those.
Mother Teresa
There is always the danger that we may just do the work for the sake of the work. This is where the respect and the love and the devotion come in - that we do it to God, to Christ, and that's why we try to do it as beautifully as possible.
Mother Teresa
There is more hunger in the world for love and appreciation in this world than for bread.
Mother Teresa
There must be a reason why some people can afford to live well. They must have worked for it. I only feel angry when I see waste. When I see people throwing away things that we could use.
Mother Teresa
There should be less talk; a preaching point is not a meeting point. What do you do then? Take a broom and clean someone's house. That says enough.
Mother Teresa
We are all pencils in the hand of God.
Mother Teresa
We can do no great things, only small things with great love.
Mother Teresa
We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence… We need silence to be able to touch souls.
Mother Teresa
We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.
Mother Teresa
We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.
Mother Teresa
We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.
Mother Teresa
We, the unwilling, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much, for so long, with so little,we are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
Mother Teresa
Words which do not give the light of Christ increase the darkness.

Veronika Decides to Die
I'm half through with Paulo Coehlo's Veronika Decides to Die. I've been glued to my sit upon reading the first few pages of it. I am reading it not because "Sheggz decides to Die, too" but to understand the longing of the soul of people with suicidal tendencies. What was missing in their lives and what liberation do these people want themselves to be freed of? What was gradually destroyed at the course of struggling to live.
Let me share with you a few lines from the book according to Veronika.
She believed herself to be completely normal. Two very simple reasons lay behind her decision to die, and she was sure that, where she to leave a note explaining many people would agree with her.
The first reason: Everything in her life was the same and, once her youth was gone, it would be downhill all the way, with old age beginning to leave irreversible marks, the onset of illness, the departure of friends. She would gain nothing by continuing to live; indeed, the likelihood of suffering would only increase.
The second reason was more philosophical: Veronika read the newspapers, watched TV, and she was aware of what was going on in the world. Everything was wrong, and she had no way of putting things right — that gave her a sense of complete powerlessness.
- Excerpt from the book-
Do you want to die out of the natural order of things?
The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho
May 28, 2007It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.
Everyone on earth has a treasure that awaits him.
where your heart is, there you will find your treasure. There is only one way to learn.
It's through action.Whoever you are, or whatever it is that you do,
when you really want something,
it's because that desire originated in the soul of the universe.
It's your mission on earth. And when you want something,
all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.

The Pact
I know that my heart is not the same as that of my playmates when I was six.
I played early and has no choice but to mature early with every experiences my life has given me, in family, in people around me, in the choices I make and in what I have failed to achieve.
When I gave up my desire to start a vocation inside a convent in early 2005, I dare God that I may be used in whatever way He wishes in exchange of marital bliss. That I tell you, why, despite the pressure, I am not overly concerned whether I will end up marrying somebody or not. Because I have made a pact in lieu of a greater purpose which up to now I am still discerning what purpose I will perfectly serve my life with… that's more I am more concerned… the bliss of my soul.
Ending life, drastic career moves, detachments and planning to go abroad always fail. For whatever the reason is, I still don't know…
I am wondering why, despite several attempts to land a job abroad, despite the smooth processing at the beginning, somewhere along the way, something will go wrong and the plan will never pursue.
Now, I dare God once again… If I still have something left to do at my hometown, a mission that was never been accomplished yet, then point me to a job that offers the same remuneration I am expecting to achieve abroad and lead me to people, places and events that will cultivate my first longing to be fulfilled.
… what purpose is that … preventing me to go out of the country?
… what else I leave unfulfilled?
… what more can I do?
Deal
… then someone by the name "Toby" sent this to me…
"Always look for your personal legend.
When you find it, all of the universe conspires with you."
I got curious. I searched the net for anything related to this message and I found a link to "The Alchemist" and Paulo Coehlo. So I decided to get a copy of it.
I've been alive for 28 years now. Been surfing the net for almost half of my life but only this quarter did I find myself looking for the people I've come to admire in songwriting. And I gladly did. Been exchanging emails with the people who share the same passion… now I know some of the details in "KATHA" and several other gigs.
Then I got "The Book of Answers"…
Am I getting the answers… or is this the deal behind the "deal with God"?

For several seasons of PBB, admittedly, I'm one of those posting in the threads of PBB Housemates and in PEX in defense of my favorite housemates and in all issues thrown upon them. This time, I thought I would no longer be like that since I can't watch PBB as much as before. But with the growing controversies inside the house, the obvious manipulations and the obvious favoritism of Big Brother and PBB Management, I chose to be active again, not in watching, but moreso, in posting and in bugging my friends to support Beatriz Saw. To some, it might be a senseless waste of time and effort, but to me… it's well worth of my time to support and put on top of it, who I think is deserving of the title.
In our quest to support BEA in the coming nominations, which I think would be tonight…. please find time to read this blog… http://www.beatrizsaw.i.ph
And why I chose Bea… over the long list of boring housemates inside…
Ipagmalaki mo man sa buong mundo…
Humanap ka ng "Out of the Ordinary… struggles to make a life better than the Ordinary by being, living, thinking and doing things EXTRAORDINARY"..
Hindi ka ba flattered… na out of your show..
This is a Reality Show. Not a Star-Search.
