Humility

Ask about my patron of humility, I’ll tell you… it’s my Lolo.  Live simply.  

My grandparents taught me not to brag about my achievements.  Whenever possible, always reserve a big room for humility.  My Lolo always tells me… it's just a small piece of a cake… "wag kang malunod…"

When you’re fasting, do not announce to everyone the struggles you’re having while skipping meals.  When you do charity work, don’t publish it.  Keep it to yourself.  Because the essence of doing good is not on how people around you will praise you, but rather on how He sees you.  Not for public recognition.

Don’t go to church if you don’t live out the lessons that it tries to teach you.  I hate pleasing anyone nor I be pleased by someone.  Because that’s just a front-act. 

Respect is earned… not by age… but with the quality of words and deeds you said and made.

And will all humility, I respect those na "tumanda… pero may pinagkatandaan…"
